Our Team.
Meet Michael, he is the founder of Pyramid Appraisal, LLC which was established in 2022. Michael has been self-employed for over 5 years and has over 15 years as a professional. He has been exposed to a wide variety of appraisal assignments including: residential, duplexes, vacant land, traditional style homes, barndominuims, berm homes, properties from 700 sf to 10,000 sf, rural, and metropolitan areas. Michael also brings a unique perspective on appraising with his scientific background. Michael holds a MS in Earth, Environmental, and Physical Sciences from Wichita State University and a BA from Hanover College.

We asked Michael, with respect to appraising, what are you thankful for?
Michael says, "My supervisor. He is very knowledgeable and has lots of appraisal experience. I feel honored and very fortunate to have worked with him. He exposed me to such a variety of properties and challenged me to think outside the 'form'."
